A loss arrives as a description. Our work is to establish what is actually true about it. We inspect the site, document conditions, take statements, measure, and read the policy against what the evidence supports. Where the account and the damage disagree, we say so and show why.

OECG is team-led. Field adjusters and desk examiners work to the same file standard, so capacity can expand for a catastrophe deployment and contract back to daily volume without a change in reporting quality. Assignments are managed by the firm, not by a single individual's calendar.

We acknowledge assignments quickly, confirm scope early, and keep clients informed before they have to ask. When a file requires an additional site visit or extended travel to be documented properly, that is treated as part of the assignment.
